Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges for:  

Incorrect item received  Faulty or damaged products  

Major defects under Australian Consumer Law

To be eligible, items must be: • Unworn • Unwashed • In original condition • With tags/packaging (if applicable)

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return:

• Name

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

Change of Mind:

Because our products are made to order (pre-orders), we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you decide you no longer want the product. We encourage you to check our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

Sizing Issues:

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing.

However, if we have stock available, we may offer an exchange at the customer’s cost (shipping both ways).

Please email us to discuss options.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will:  

Replace it or  Provide a refund We may request photos to assess the issue.

Refunds Once approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Pre-Order Policy:

Many Mojah Clothing pieces are made to order.

This reduces waste and ensures every item is produced especially for you.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Production + delivery may take 3–4 weeks. Dates are estimates only and may vary slightly.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.  

Sales Items:

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.

Processing & Production Time:

Most Mojah Clothing products are made to order (pre-order). This helps reduce waste and ensures quality.

Production time:

3–4 weeks (estimated) You will receive an email update when your order is:  

• Confirmed  

• In production

• Shipped

Please note: All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production demand or courier delays.

We appreciate your patience — this is a small, whānau-run business.

Shipping Time  Domestic (Australia):

Estimated delivery once shipped: 3–10 business days Rural/remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Some special promotions may include discounted or free shipping. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you do not receive tracking details, please email us:  mojahclothing@gmail.com

Combining Orders:

If you place more than one order, we cannot guarantee they will be shipped together. Email us to check — if possible, we will assist.

International Shipping (Optional):

If you plan to ship outside Australia:  If you DO ship overseas: We offer international shipping.

Costs and delivery times vary by country.

Import duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.  

Address Issues:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mojah Clothing is not responsible for lost packages due to:

• Incorrect address

• Incomplete address

If your package is returned to us, you may need to pay additional shipping to resend.

Lost / Delayed Packages:

Once shipped, delivery times are controlled by the courier.

If a package is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us — we will do our best to help track your item.
