Change of Mind:
Because our products are made to order (pre-orders), we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you decide you no longer want the product. We encourage you to check our sizing guide carefully before ordering.
Sizing Issues:
We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing.
However, if we have stock available, we may offer an exchange at the customer’s cost (shipping both ways).

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will:
Replace it or Provide a refund We may request photos to assess the issue.
Refunds Once approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Pre-Order Policy:
Many Mojah Clothing pieces are made to order.
This reduces waste and ensures every item is produced especially for you.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Production + delivery may take 3–4 weeks. Dates are estimates only and may vary slightly.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.
