Shipping Policy
Processing Time
As many of our products are made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During busy periods, new product launches or after major events and markets, processing times may extend slightly. If this occurs, we will keep you updated.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3 -7business days (Australia-wide)

International: 7 - 21 business days

Express Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At MOJAH Clothing, we want you to love your purchase.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We gladly offer:

Replacement for faulty items.

Exchange for a different size (subject to stock availability).
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size chosen by the customer.

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
Returned items must be:

Unworn.

Unwashed.

In original condition.

Returned with original tags (where applicable).
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if:

The item is faulty.

The wrong item was supplied.

We are unable to fulfil your order.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Click & Collect may be available for selected local events and markets.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
